During the initial consultation, the mother and father will meet with their Occupational Therapist to create a personalized care plan. This plan will focus on each couple's strengths and areas for growth as they prepare for a significant life transition.

Together, we will discuss potential strategies and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your family's needs and goals. Your journey towards positive change begins here.

 Prenatal Sessions

Your therapist will guide discussions and provide education on essential topics to help you prepare for the transition to parenthood. Each session will end with clear goals for your family to work towards, ensuring your success. Additionally, your therapist will develop a personalized take-home resource tool created directly from your sessions to be used at home when you need it most with your baby.

Postpartum Follow-up

Following the arrival of your baby, we are here to provide the support and resources you need during your postpartum period. Our sessions will include an assessment of your current strategies, discussions about your infant’s milestone development, and home visits as needed to address any concerns. Additionally, we can offer Neonatal Touch Massage sessions and training for both parents and baby to enhance bonding and comfort.
